Goku's first transformation question

Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball	Considering the exhausting battle that had previously unfolded, is it not possible that Goku's first Super Saiyan form was significantly weaker than what it would have been had he done it before the fight began? I don't believe that transforming like that would automatically heal any injuries or recover stamina. I mean why would it? It's just a power gain.

If he had busted ribs in base, he would still have busted ribs as a Super Saiyan.

They'd been fighting for a good while and Super Saiyan at that point was quite draining. It would make sense that his reserves would have been a lot higher had he been fresh from the start.

Said no one ever. This is just a misinterpretation based on what people believe MSSJ/FPSSJ/SSJ Grade 4 to be. His reserves shouldn't change at all... the power would still all be there but his mental and physical condition should determine how much of it he's able to access. Though, towards the end of the fight... after he'd worked out a bit of his rage and his adrenaline had dropped a bit.... I could see him being a little weaker than his initial transformation. Nothing extremely noticeable though, until the situation was actually over and he KO'd in the Ginyu pod or something.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	Considering SSj amplifies what a person has if Goku was down to 50% of his max energy at the time of transforming should he not be significantly weaker? I don't think it would be so linear as being half as strong but once they're down to like 10% of their energy I doubt they hit half as hard as they do at 100% So yeah I think he would had to have been significantly weaker unless he had all of his energy which obviously he didn't. Fatigue from Kaioken could also have been a factor his muscles and everything were probably at their limit before he transformed, then they go and get their power amplified. If he'd went Super right at the beginning of the fight he'd probably have mopped the floor with Frieza by accident with his power advantage. This makes his boost from Yardrat seem way more believable, maybe there wasn't even a boost he just got to train with his 100%. I mean how on earth would he get that much more powerful unless the people on Yardrat had comparable strength to Super Saiyans? Fairly sure Frieza would have wanted them dead long ago. Also explains Vegeta being as strong or stronger than Goku in little time they just never increased much from their initial 100% which was just a lot stronger than Goku's first transformation.

Adrenaline only takes you so far besides goku went back to his base and showed no signs of hurting so his wounds were healed
